Creating an Invoice
Invoices are created using the Shift and Task Earnings you’ve added. To create an invoice, do the following:
Go to Finance Section
Go to the Task page of the Task you’d like to invoice, and scroll down to the ‘Finance’ section
Click ‘Add’
Click the Add button, and in the dropdown menu click ‘Add Invoice’, which will then open another menu. Fill in the relevant information on this menu, using the Earnings table to select which earnings you’d like to include in the Invoice. By default, all Earnings will be selected.
Once you’re happy with your Invoice, click the ‘Save’ button in the bottom right
Invoice Created
You have now created your invoice, and you can see the invoice either in the ‘Invoices & Payment Applications’ row of the ‘Finance’ section, or you can find a CSV version in the ‘Media’ section of the task.
