Adding a Venue
In this tutorial you will learn how to add a Venue to Teamleaf
Step-by-Step Guide

Setup
Step 1
Go to Venues
To start, on the left sidebar, click 'Databases', then click 'Venues' in the dropdown that opens
Step 2
Click 'Add Venue' in the top right
In the top right of the page click 'Add Venue'
Step 3
Add manually, or start from search
In the menu that then opens, you can start adding the venue. Use the searchbar in the middle to search for an address to fill in some information automatically, or click 'Add Manually' in the top right to start from scratch. For this example, we'll use the autofill.
Step 4
Add or edit Address Information
Next, you can add or edit address information. If adding information manually, this will be blank, but if you used the autofill the information here will be automatically added, and you can edit it as required.

(Optional) Edit map marker placement
Next, if you wish, you can edit the placement of the map marker by simply clicking on the map where you'd like the marker to be
Step 6
(Optional) Add Parking Information
If you wish, you can then add parking information for this venue
Step 7
(Optional) Add What3Words
If you wish, you can also add a What3Words address to give a more specific location of where the venue is.
Step 8
Select Venue Type and Company
Next, using the dropdown menus, select the Venue Type and Company for this venue.
Step 9
(Optional) Edit Title and Description
A title will be automatically added for the venue, but you can change this if you wish. You can also add a description to provide more context about this venue.
Step 10
Add Venue Contact Information
Next, you can add an Email address and Phone number for this venue
Step 11
(Optional) Add additional Venue Information
Next, you can fill in a Reference, Access Code, Permit Reference, Permit Link, Accept Tags, Facilities, Dusk Reference, and Sync - if required.
Step 12
Select (or add) a Site Contact
Next, you can either select an existing Site Contact, or press the 'Create a new user' text beneath the dropdown to add a new contact.
Step 13
(Optional) Add SIC Code and Ewc Code Tags
Next, if required, you can add an SIC Code, and Ewc Code Tags.
Step 14
Add Opening Times
Next, you can add Opening Times for this venue. You can add different opening times depending on the day, by selecting the times and days, then clicking the plus icon. You can then select different times and days and press the plus button again, and the different times will be added to the selected days.
Step 15
Add Task Document Emails
Next, you can add one or more email addresses to send Task Documents for tasks at this venue to.
Step 16
Save Venue
Once you're happy with the information you've added for this venue, click the 'Save' button. You will then be taken to the Venue page for your newly created venue.
