Using Intracompany Tasks
In this tutorial you will learn how to use Intracompany tasks to use other depots to assist on a Task
Step-by-Step Guide
Intracompany
Step 1
Go to Intracompany Subpage
To start adding Intracompany work to a task, go to the Intracompany sub-page on the Task Page, which is in the left sidebar
Step 2
Add Intracompany Task
On the Intracompany page, click the 'Plus' button to add an Intracompany Task
Step 3
Select a Depot
In the menu that opens on the right, select which Depot you would like to use to assist with the work on this Task
Step 4
(Optional) Add Work Instructions
By default, the Work Instructions will just be copied over from the original task, you can keep these the same, or edit the Work Instructions here
Step 5
Save Intracompany Task
Once you're happy with the task information, click the 'Save' button in the bottom right to create your Intracompany Task

Go to Intracompany Task
Next, click either the Task Title, or the small icon in the top right to open the Intracompany task in a new tab
Step 7
Add work to Intracompany Task
Once you're on the Intracompany Task page, click either the 'Add Shift' or 'Add to Work Bank' buttons to start adding work to the Intracompany Task
Step 8
Fill in Shift Details
Select a date, time and crew, and fill in any other details you wish to add. In this case, I'm going to add an earning to this Shift. Once you're happy with your Shift click the 'Save' button

Return to Intracompany Page
On your Intracompany page, you will now see the Intracompany Shift you added
Step 10
Return to Parent Task's Intracompany Sub-page
Returning to the Intracompany Sub-page on your parent task, you will now see basic information about the shift that you have just added

Return to Parent Task page
Returning to the Parent Task page, you will now see in the 'Shifts & Work Bank' section the work you have just added to the Intracompany task, with a badge showing which depot the Intracompany Task is coming from to the right of the shift. Any earnings you have added to the Intracompany Task (Or earnings added to work on the Intracompany Task) will also be seen in the finance section of the Parent Task
